PEABODY AUTO CLINIC (PAC) is known as the ‘premier’ repair shop for your Saab and Volvo Vehicles. Customers throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, aware of PAC’s stellar reputation, even bring their cars in for service during their new car warranty period. They know that dealing with master mechanics, many of them trained in Europe, will keep their car running well. Located in Peabody, not far from routes 95, 128 and 1, this 27 year old business prides itself in the high quality of its work. Everything from routine LOF’s to more complicated electrical system troubleshooting will be handled efficiently and with a high level of competence. Their four full-time, certified, master mechanics are aided in their problem diagnostics by the latest state of the art computer systems.

The owner, and one of the hands-on mechanics, is Len Pappas who started his thorough apprenticeship over 35 years ago. Prior to opening his current shop, Len worked as a senior technician for Mercedes and Volvo dealerships. But his experience goes back further than that... he basically ‘grew up’ in the business, having worked in his father’s repair shop for many years.

While the team’s speciality is the repair of Saabs and Volvos, they also service most European and Japanese imports.

If you’ve dealt with Len you already know that you’ll always be treated fairly. When asked “why would someone bring their new car into your shop for service?”... He replied “Because of the quality of our work, the personal service, and lower cost than dealerships”.
